Ovolo Nishi Map

Ovolo Nishi is situated in a mixed-use building in Canberra’s New Acton precinct. Due to the multiple entries into the hotel, guests were finding it difficult to navigate entry to the precinct, hotel reception and to their rooms. 

I collaborated with Ovolo’s Guest Experience Director, General Manager of Nishi and Senior CRM Executive to illustrate a map of getting to the building by car, and also a floor plan to locate lifts and reception. 

This map was integrated into a pre-stay email template designed by the Hong Kong team and is now sent to booked guests prior to arrival.
